Position Overview: As a Paraprofessional in Sanbornville, NH, you will play a crucial role in supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of students in a school setting. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to reinforce learning concepts, develop academic skills, and promote positive behavior
  • Support students with completing assignments, homework, and classroom projects
  • Assist with classroom management, behavior reinforcement, and conflict resolution as needed
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued, supported, and respected
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and accommodations for students with disabilities
  • Monitor student progress and behavior, collect data, and communicate with teachers and parents about student performance and needs
  • Participate in professional development opportunities and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge as a Paraprofessional


  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of one year of experience working as a Paraprofessional or in a similar role in a school or educational setting
  • Certification or licensure as a Paraprofessional, as required by federal and state regulations
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support the academic and social-emotional growth of all students
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using educational technology and software
