Position: Paraprofessional
Location: Winnetka, IL
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students under the direction of a certified teacher.
• Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and classroom management.
• Support students with special needs in both academic and social activities.
• Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure each student’s success.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
• Ability to meet all federal and state requirements for licensing and certifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with students.
• Ability to adapt to different student needs and classroom environments.
