Blazer Jobs is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to join our team in Burlington, MA. This is a full-time, onsite position for the current school year, partnering with the local school district.

Position Details:

• Location: Burlington, MA
• Grade Level: Kindergarten to 2nd Grade
• Caseload: Students with moderate to severe disabilities
• School: One elementary school

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to students with moderate to severe disabilities, including those who are less to non-verbal.
• Assist students with significant support needs in participating in classroom activities.
• Support students with daily living skills, including bathroom assistance, potty training, and diaper changes.
• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) under the direction of certified teachers and special education staff.
• Facilitate communication and social interactions among students.
• Help maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment.
