Position Overview: As a Paraprofessional, you will assist classroom teachers in providing instruction and support to students. Responsibilities typically include:

• Supporting students individually or in small groups with learning activities
• Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a conducive learning environment
• Providing assistance to students with special needs, including behavioral and academic support
• Monitoring students during non-classroom activities such as recess, lunch, and field trips
• Collaborating with teachers and staff to ensure student success

Requirements: To qualify, applicants must meet all local and state requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require additional educational qualifications)
• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and staff
