Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and qualified Paraprofessional to join a school district. This role involves working closely with teachers and students to support educational activities and ensure a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in the classroom with instructional activities and classroom management.
• Provide support to individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
• Help prepare educational materials and classroom resources.
• Support students with special needs by implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Supervise students during non-instructional times, such as recess and lunch.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Experience working with children in an educational setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Professional references required.
