We’re actively hiring 6 dedicated Paraprofessionals for a full-time, onsite opportunity in Torrington, Connecticut, supporting students across various grade levels and specialized programs for the 2024–2025 school year.

Position Overview:

• Location: Torrington, CT

• Start Date: ASAP

• End Date: June 13, 2025

• Schedule: Monday–Friday

• Hours: 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM (30–33 hours/week; hours vary slightly by assignment)

• Caseloads: Assigned across multiple schools and programs

Open Positions & Schedules:

• High School Resource: 1 opening | 7:15 AM – 2:30 PM

• Middle School Resource: 1 opening | 7:45 AM – 3:00 PM

• K-3 Schools: 5 openings total

• 1 Autism Program Paraprofessional

• 2 Resource Paraprofessionals

• 3 Self-Contained Program Paraprofessionals

• 2 additional Resource Paraprofessionals

Qualifications:

• Required: Paraeducator Certification or Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree

• Preferred: Experience supporting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs
