Paraprofessional Needed in Norfolk, VA - Full-Time Position
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers with instructional delivery and behavior management.
- Provide individualized or small group support to students as needed.
- Supervise students during activities and transitions.
- Support classroom organization and preparation of learning materials.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Passing score on the ParaPro Assessment or completion of two years of college coursework.
- Experience working with children or in educational settings preferred.
- Background check clearance in accordance with Virginia state guidelines.
