Position Overview: As a Paraprofessional, you will play a vital role in supporting educators and students within the school district. This position requires a passion for education, strong communication skills, and a commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive atmosphere.

Pay Range: 20-25$

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers to provide assistance in classroom activities.
• Support individual or small group instruction.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assist with classroom management and student engagement.
• Provide additional support for students with special needs.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate s degree or higher in education-related field preferred.
• Previous experience working in an educational setting or with children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.
• Patience, flexibility, and a passion for fostering a positive learning environment.
