Paraprofessional On-site
Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional for a full-time position supporting elementary students in grades 1-5. This role involves assisting teachers in the classroom, providing 1:1 or small group support, and helping implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with classroom instruction and student engagement
- Provide 1:1 and small group support as needed
- Help implement IEPs and behavior plans
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff
- Maintain a positive and structured learning environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience working with elementary students preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a school setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
