Our school is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team of Paraprofessionals near the Chicago Metro Area! In this role, you will work closely with teachers and other staff members to support the educational and behavioral needs of students.
Job Description
- Duration: October 2024 - May 2025
- Onsite and Full-Time Opportunity
- Help students with assignments, projects, and homework.
- Reinforce positive behavior and social skills in accordance with school policies.
- Assist with classroom management and organization.
- Supervise students during lunch, recess, and other activities as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other paraprofessionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Maintain confidentiality of student information and adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
- IL Professional Educator's License (PEL) is Required
