Paraprofessional Opening
Blazer Jobs is seeking two full-time Paraprofessionals to provide 1:1 support for middle school students. This role involves working closely with students with behavioral and autism support needs in a special education setting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support for students with behavioral and autism needs
- Assist with daily classroom activities and reinforce instructional material
- Support students with toileting/diapering if required
- Foster a safe and structured learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement IEP goals
Qualifications:
- Strong experience working with behavioral and autism support needs
- Comfortable providing 1:1 assistance, including toileting/diapering if needed
- Previous school experience preferred
