We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for our students. This role involves supporting teachers, assisting students with their daily activities, and contributing to the overall educational experience.
Details:

• Onsite
• 2024 - 2025 School Year
• Caseload: 31 hours/ week
• Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers in the classroom with instructional support
  • Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students as needed
  • Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Prepare and organize teaching materials and resources
  • Supervise students during non-classroom activities, such as recess or lunch

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or a paraprofessional certification preferred
• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
