Paraprofessional Opportunity - Grand Rapids, MI - Full Time

Blazer Jobs, in partnership with a Grand Rapids school district, is seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Paraprofessional. This is a full-time opportunity for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year, with the possibility of renewal for summer school based on performance.

Responsibilities:
Provide support to teachers and students in various educational settings.
Assist with classroom management and instructional activities.
Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
Collaborate with teaching staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere for students with diverse needs.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher is a plus).
Experience working with students in an educational or similar setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, flexibility, and a passion for supporting student success.
