Paraprofessional or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Openings

Blazer Jobs is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time, onsite position in Moncks Corner, SC. This opening is for the current school year and offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ lives while working in partnership with the local school district.

Position Details:

• Location: Moncks Corner, SC

• Position Type: Full-time, Onsite

• Hours: 37.5 hours per week

• Start Date: Current School Year

• Pay: Starting at $22/hour

• Renewal: Based on performance and district needs

Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students with special needs in both one-on-one and group settings

• Assist classroom teachers with lesson implementation and behavior management

• Support students with academic, social, and emotional development

• Collaborate with educational staff to create a positive learning environment

• Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior

• Ensure a safe and supportive classroom atmosphere

State Requirements:

• Paraprofessional Certification or RBT Credential in South Carolina

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
