Job Description:
Contribute to student success in Burlington by:

• Assisting with instructional activities to enhance student learning outcomes.
• Providing personalized academic support in reading, writing, and math.
• Supporting students with behavioral needs, encouraging positive interactions.
• Supervising students during lunch, recess, and other non-classroom times.
• Collaborating with teachers to prepare materials and implement lesson plans.

Position Requirements:

• Completion of a background check and fingerprinting (as required by the district).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Pass a state-approved assessment demonstrating your ability to assist with reading, writing, and mathematics.
