Paraprofessional (PARA) / Teacher Assistant (TA) | North St Paul, MN - Weekly Pay & Benefits!

A Paraprofessional position (PARA) or Teacher Assistant (TA) position for the current school year has opened at our partner school in North Saint Paul, Minnesota. We are looking for a candidate wanting to work with Special Education Students!

Qualifications:

• Must have either a 2 year degree or have taken the MN Para Test
• Must be comfortable working with Special Education Students
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be comfortable with toileting, diapering, or lifting as needed

About the Position:

• Full time - up to 40 hours per week 
• Monday - Friday
• Current school year
• Specific caseload details will be discussed during the interview process
• Pay Range: $18 - $25 per hour

Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to provide academic support and reinforcement.
• Assist students with special needs, learning challenges, or disabilities in their educational and social development.
