Position: Paraeducator – Extended School Year (ESY)
Start Date: June 11, 2025
End Date: July 11, 2025
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Hours: 17.5 – 20 hours per week (20 not guaranteed)
Pay Range: $20/hr – $28/hr (based on experience)

Overview:
Blazer Jobs is seeking three experienced Paraeducators to support special education students during the Extended School Year (ESY) program in Paso Robles, California. This is a short-term summer opportunity ideal for professionals with school-based experience and flexibility in their day-to-day assignments.

Assignment Details:

• Support elementary or Pre-K students (caseloads assigned post-interview)

• Work with significant/severe needs caseloads

• Flexibility required – placements will be based on experience

• Reliable personal transportation is required (bus/ride-share is not accepted)

• Must be able to report on time by 8:00 AM daily

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of school-based Paraeducator experience

• Strong preference for candidates with severe/significant caseload experience

• Commitment to entire ESY schedule

• Open to placement as assigned—specific caseload questions will be addressed after the interview
