Blazer Jobs is partnering with a school district in Pennsauken, NJ, to fill a full-time, onsite Paraprofessional position for the current school year. The role involves supporting students in a middle or high school setting.

Basic Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher in managing classroom activities and supporting students with various needs.
• Provide individualized and small group instruction under the supervision of the teacher.
• Help with classroom organization, including setting up materials and assisting with classroom management.
• Support students with personal care, if necessary, in accordance with school policies.
• Work closely with the educational team to implement instructional plans and ensure a safe learning environment.

Candidates who do not meet requirements will not be considered.

Credential Requirements:

• Associate's degree / 48 college credits / Paraprofessional Certification

Starting at $22/hour. Vision, medical, and dental options, competitive pay, advisory support, and professional development opportunities are offered. Renewal for the following school year is based on performance and needs.
