Job Description:
Seeking a  Paraprofessional to support individuals of all ages with behavioral challenges. Responsibilities include implementing behavior support plans, promoting social skills development, and maintaining documentation.

Requirements:

• experienced not required, but preferred.
• associates degree or Para cert required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.

Salary:
$15-20 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior support plans designed by licensed professionals.
• Provide direct support and supervision to individuals with behavioral challenges.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress and behaviors.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for individuals under your care.
