We are currently interviewing for paraprofessionals, Registered Behavior Technicians, and/or Certified Nursing Assistants near Littleton, CO to work in the local school system. Apply below if you are interested in working one on one with students in the Special Education program.
Responsibilities:
- Support teachers by helping to deliver lesson plans, manage classroom activities, and provide individualized instruction to students.
- Work with students one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce academic skills, assist with assignments, and address any learning difficulties.
- Help maintain a positive learning environment by monitoring student behavior, implementing classroom management strategies, and addressing any disruptions or conflicts.
- Act as a liaison between students, teachers, and parents by relaying information, addressing concerns, and ensuring effective communication channels.
- Assist with administrative duties such as preparing instructional materials, maintaining student records, and performing clerical tasks to support the classroom's needs.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associate's Degree (preferred)
- Para Educator License from the Dept. of Education
