Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Paraprofessional certification or 60 college credits.
• Previous experience working with children or students in an educational setting (preferred).
• Ability to pass a background check and fingerprint clearance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with students of all abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities.
• Provide one-on-one or small-group support for students as needed.
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Supervise students during non-instructional times (e.g., lunch, recess).
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success.
