Paraprofessional Significant Needs | Rifle, CO

Hours: 37.5 hours/week

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to work full-time in Rifle, CO, providing support to elementary school students with significant needs. The paraprofessional will work closely with a caseload of eleven students, assisting with classroom activities and ensuring individualized support for their educational and personal development.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with significant needs
• Assist teachers with classroom management and instructional activities
• Support students with personal care and behavior management as needed
• Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized plans
• Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children with significant needs (required)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage diverse student needs in a classroom setting

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $25+
