Paraprofessional

We are excited to welcome a dedicated and enthusiastic Paraprofessional to our school team. As a Paraprofessional, you will provide crucial support to teachers and students, helping to create a positive and productive learning environment. Your role will involve assisting with classroom activities, supporting students with diverse needs, and ensuring that all students receive the attention they need to succeed.

Key responsibilities include working one-on-one or in small groups with students to reinforce instructional materials, providing support during classroom activities, and helping to manage classroom behavior. You will also assist with administrative tasks such as preparing materials and maintaining student records. Collaboration with teachers and other school staff is essential to ensure that students receive consistent and effective support.

To thrive in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior experience working with children is preferred. Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to work as part of a team are important qualities for this position. Your dedication to supporting students and contributing to their educational success will be highly valued.
