Paraprofessional Openings – Schnecksville, PA
Blazer Jobs partners with the school district to recruit for multiple paraprofessional openings for the current school year. We have 7 openings across different caseloads, all full-time, onsite positions.

Job Description
As a Paraprofessional, you will support students in Early Intervention or School Age settings, assisting teachers in delivering specialized instruction and ensuring students' needs are met. Your daily responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with classroom activities and lesson delivery
• Supporting students with disabilities or special needs
• Implementing behavior management strategies
• Assisting with assessments and progress monitoring
• Ensuring a safe and positive learning environment
• Collaborating with the educational team to ensure student success
• Other duties as assigned by supervising staff

Available Caseloads:

• Caseload 1 (1 opening): Early Intervention in Carbon County, 29 hours/week (no more, no less)
• Caseload 2 (3 openings): School Age in Lehigh County, 35 hours/week (32.5 hours with a 30-minute lunch deducted)
• Caseload 3 (3 openings): Early Intervention in Lehigh County, 29 hours/week (no more, no less)

State Requirements

• High school diploma + Para Certification or 48 college credits or an associate’s/bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years of special education para experience in a school setting
• In-person interviews only at the main office in Schnecksville, PA
