Blazer Jobs, in partnership with the school district, is hiring a Full-Time Paraprofessional for the current school year in Yreka, CA. This is an onsite position focused on supporting students with moderate to severe behavioral needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing one-on-one or small group support to students with behavioral needs
• Implement individualized behavior plans and support strategies
• Help with classroom management and student supervision
• Assist with instructional and academic support activities
• Monitor student progress and report to teachers
• Maintain a positive and safe learning environment

State Requirements:

• Must meet state requirements for paraprofessionals
• Pediatric experience is required for this role
• Candidates must be able to pass background checks and meet all credentialing requirements
