Job Title: Paraprofessional

Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Paraprofessional to provide essential support to students and teachers in our school. You will assist with classroom activities, work one-on-one or in small groups with students, and help create a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with daily classroom activities
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
• Help manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space
• Support students with diverse learning needs, reinforcing instructional materials
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing materials and maintaining records
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure student success

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patience, flexibility, and a passion for helping students
