Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (5.5 hours per day, 30-minute unpaid lunch)

Job Description:
We are seeking multiple Paraprofessionals to support students K-12th grade in Annoka, MN. This role involves assisting students with academic, vocational, and life skills development to help them achieve greater independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students K-12th grade, including job training, independent living skills, and social development
- Assist teachers and therapists in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support in classroom and community-based settings
- Help manage behaviors and encourage positive social interactions
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the educational team
