• Team up with teachers to bring lesson plans to life in creative ways.
• Support students academically and help them shine in their own unique ways.
• Lead small group activities or give one-on-one assistance—your choice!
• Keep an eye on student progress and celebrate their victories.
• Collaborate with a fantastic group of educators to foster a positive classroom atmosphere.
• Help manage classroom chaos (the fun kind!) and keep everything organized.
• Jump into training and professional development to level up your skills.

What You Bring:

• A high school diploma (or equivalent) is a must; extra education in education or related fields? Even better!
• Experience working with kids is a huge plus—bring your energy!
• Great communication and people skills that can light up a room.
• A knack for teamwork and a positive attitude that’s contagious.
• A passion for helping students succeed and a sprinkle of patience and compassion.
