Blazer Jobs is partnering with a school district in Lansing, KS, to hire a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the current school year. This is a part-time, onsite position with a commitment of 4 hours per week.
Position Details:
- Caseload: Providing RBT Supervision
- Pay: Starting at $49/hour
- Hours: 4 hours/week
- Renewal: Based on performance and district needs
Requirements:
- Active Kansas BCBA Certification
Candidates who do not meet requirements will not be considered.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support RBTs in providing behavioral interventions
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Collect and analyze student data to drive decision-making
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student success
