Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Moncks Corner, SC

Blazer Jobs is partnering with the local school district to hire a part-time, onsite BCBA for the current school year. This position offers 20 hours per week, with the flexibility to choose your schedule. The selected candidate will work across K-12 schools, supporting students with a variety of needs.

Position Details:

• Location: Moncks Corner, SC
• Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible scheduling available)
• Caseload: K-12, multiple school sites
• Compensation: Starting at $36/hour
• Contract Renewal: Based on performance and district needs

Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIP)
• Provide direct and indirect behavioral support to students
• Train and collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to implement behavioral strategies
• Monitor and analyze student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Ensure compliance with state and district regulations

State Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification
• SC state licensure for behavior analysis (if required by state law)
• Experience working in a school setting is preferred
