Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Grade Level: Middle School
Schedule: Part-Time (3 days per week)
Location: Delaware

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team and work with middle school students. This is a part-time position requiring a commitment of three days per week, where you will provide speech and language support to help students achieve their communication and academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in middle school students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' progress.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on students’ progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to creating educational strategies.

Qualifications:

• A valid state license to practice as an SLP in Delaware.
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Experience working with middle school-aged students is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
