Part-Time Para/BT/RBT Needed near Chico, CA (ASAP 6/6/25)

Are you passionate about supporting students with behavioral needs? We’re looking for a Para, BT, or RBT to provide 1:1 behavior support to an 8th-grade male student in Oroville, just 30 minutes from Chico.

Position Details:

• Location: Oroville, CA (30 minute drive from Chico, CA)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM (3.5 hours/day, 17.5 hours/week)
• Duration: ASAP – 6/6/25
• Caseload: 1:1 support for an 8th-grade student with extensive behavioral needs
• Onsite Only (no remote options)
• Opportunity for additional hours in the future

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate: $30+

Requirements:

• Para Certification, RBT Certification, or 48 college credits/Associate’s Degree (or equivalent)
• Experience working with students who require behavioral support
