We are seeking a passionate and experienced Physical Therapist to join a school near Martinsville, IN's team on a part-time basis for the 2024 - 2025 school year. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric physical therapy and a commitment to promoting students' physical development and well-being. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and make a positive impact on the lives of students.

  • Part Time
    • ~ 20 hours a week (2 to 3 days)
  • Contract
  • 2024 - 2025 School Year
    • August 6, 2024 - May 23, 2025
  • Caseload: K-12, 39 students
  • Itinerant (5 to 6 school site buildings)
  • Caseload details will be discussed on the virtual interview.

Responsbilities:

  • PTs will provide therapy services to students in both individual and group settings, utilizing evidence based interventions and therapeutic techniques.
  • PTs will conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' motor skills, strength, range of motion, and functional mobility.
  • PTs will collaborate with stakeholders to integrate therapy goals int the classroom.
  • PTs will maintain accurate and up to date documentation of student progress, including IEPs.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field
  • Active State PT License

About the Benefits: You will receive a compensation package including health benefits, 401K, an hourly rate based upon previous experience, and will be paid on a weekly basis.
