Part-Time School Physical Therapist Needed

Location: Hamtramck, MI (North Detroit)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Part-Time School Physical Therapist to join our team in Hamtramck, MI. This position is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students in the North Detroit area.

Position Details:

• Hours: Part-Time, Estimated 5 hours a week (though subject to variation based on student needs).
• Caseload: The Physical Therapist (PT) will be treating a handful of students across 7 schools, all conveniently located within a 4-mile radius.
• Duration: ASAP through June 13th.

Responsibilities: As a Part-Time School Physical Therapist, you will:

• Provide physical therapy services to students in need.
• Collaborate with school staff to support the overall well-being and development of students.
• Adapt therapeutic interventions to meet the individual needs of each student.
• Implement evidence-based practices to enhance students' motor skills and overall physical development.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments and progress.

Qualifications:

• Michigan PT License is required.
