Blazer Jobs is hiring a part-time Physical Therapist (PT) for a school-based contract position in Auburn, NH for the new school year.
Position Details:
- Schedule: 2-3 days per week (approximately 3-4 hours per day)
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to students.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state regulations.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Active New Hampshire PT license
- School-based experience preferred but not required
