Passionate Special Education Teacher Needed - Full Time Contract

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Special Education Teachers for a full-time role with school districts in the Southbridge, MA area. We are seeking passionate educators dedicated to providing a supportive learning environment for students with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Provide instruction in both one-on-one and small group settings.
• Modify and adapt general education curriculum to meet the needs of students with disabilities.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and staff to ensure students' academic and social development.
• Monitor and track student progress, making adjustments to instruction as needed.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that promotes inclusion and student growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education (Master's degree preferred).
• Valid teaching certification in Special Education for Massachusetts.
• Experience working with students with a variety of disabilities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to differentiate instruction and create an inclusive classroom environment.
• Patience, compassion, and a commitment to student success.
