Qualifications needed for the position:
- Must have PA SPED credentials
- Bachelor’s or higher in Special Education or related field
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Adapt instruction for students with diverse needs.
- Create inclusive classroom environments.
- Assess student progress and modify instruction accordingly.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents.
- Stay informed on best practices and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records.
