Blazerworks is looking for an AZ Licensed Physical Therapist to help a neighboring school district this upcoming 22-23 school year.
Job Summary:
- Full time
- 35 hours per week
- August 2022 - May 2023
- K-12 caseload
- Travel between school sites required
- Experience billing Medicaid is a plus
- Must have active California Physical Therapist License
- Prior schools experience is a plus
- New graduates welcome to apply
- CA PT License must be active prior to starting!
