Illinois SLP Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Illinois SLP license issued by the Illinois Department of Financial & Professional Regulation (IDFPR).
- Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Speech-Language Pathology endorsement required.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous experience working with preschool and middle school students is highly recommended.

Job Description:
The SLP will work with students from preschool through middle school, addressing a variety of speech and language challenges to help them succeed academically and socially.
Experience and Requirements:
- Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations for speech and language disorders.
- Create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to provide speech therapy interventions.
- Offer direct therapy services to preschool and middle school students.
- Maintain thorough records, progress reports, and compliance documentation.
- Attend IEP meetings, professional development sessions, and team collaborations.
