Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the preschool assessment team in California. The ideal candidate will play a key role in conducting assessments, providing therapy, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support preschool-aged students with speech and language needs. While bilingual skills are preferred, they are no longer required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations for preschool-aged students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication development.
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide direct therapy services to address speech, language, and communication disorders.

Qualifications:

• Valid California state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state clearances.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with preschool students is a plus.
