Preschool Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Job

Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with preschool students in Lock Haven, PA. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to support early childhood speech and language development in a school-based setting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for preschool-aged students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Provide direct therapy to children with speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other school professionals to support student success.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations based on student needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Licensure: Active Pennsylvania SLP license.
• Certification: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
• Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in a school-based or pediatric setting.
• Additional Requirements: Must hold or be eligible for a Pennsylvania Department of Education certification to work in public schools.
