Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced School Psychologists for a full-time role with school districts in Houston, Texas. Applicants must meet all local and state requirements to apply.


  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations of students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement intervention strategies.
  • Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to students as needed.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and student support team meetings.
  • Interpret assessment results to stakeholders and make recommendations for educational programming.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with regulations.
  • Support school-wide initiatives to promote positive behavior and mental health.


  • Master s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
  • Texas state licensure as a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP).
  • Experience in a school setting preferred.
  • Proficiency in psychological assessment tools and techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
