We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Exeter, NH. This role focuses on providing one-on-one behavioral support to students in a school setting, helping them develop essential skills and succeed academically and socially.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide direct support to students with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Collect and record data on student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to promote student success.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Valid RBT certification (required).
• Experience working with children with autism or special needs (preferred).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
• Ability to pass a background check.
