Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Winchester, VA
Blazer Jobs is partnering with a school district in Winchester, VA, to hire an experienced RBT for a full-time role.
Requirements:
- Active RBT certification
- ABA experience in a school or clinical setting
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor individualized behavior plans
- Record data on student behavior and progress
- Provide direct behavioral support to students
- Collaborate with school staff and therapists
