Qualifications:
Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field
Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
