Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Kent, WA

Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Provide one-on-one support to students with behavioral challenges
Collect and record data on student progress
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to create a positive and supportive learning environment
Participate in training and professional development activities

Qualifications:
Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Previous experience working with children or individuals with behavioral challenges is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dedication to promoting a positive and inclusive school culture
