RBT Opportunity for 2024/25 School Year! (Metro Minneapolis, MN)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for the Fall 2024 School Year! The ideal RBT will have a passion for working with children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or related developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to address the specific needs of students with ASD or related disabilities.
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy and behavior management support to students in the school environment.
• Collect data on student progress and behavior using designated data collection methods.
• Assist in the development of materials and resources for students' individualized education programs (IEPs).
• Maintain professional and ethical standards outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and adhere to school policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Must hold current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Previous experience working with individuals with ASD or related developmental disabilities preferred.
