Position Overview: As an RBT with Blazer Jobs, you will play a vital role in supporting the behavioral and developmental needs of students within the school district. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Provide one-on-one support to students to address behavioral challenges and promote skill development.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Collect and record data on student progress.

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of behavioral principles and strategies.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a school or clinical setting is a plus.
