We are interviewing for a Registered Behavior Technician. Please see details below:

Details/Specifications:

• FT – Hourly
• RBTs needed in the district to finish out school year
• Candidate will be required to collect data on student behavior as part of their assessment process
• Previous RBT Experience
• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support students with behavioral challenges
• Provide one-on-one support to students, delivering behavior-based interventions and strategies
• Collect and analyze data to track student progress and make data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across settings
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and assist in the development of behavior support plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of student progress and interventions

Qualifications:

• RBT or ABA Certification
• Schools Experience preferred
