Requirements:
- RBT certification
- Experience working with students with behavioral challenges
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Knowledge of ABA strategies
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans
- Monitor student progress and document outcomes
- Provide support during classroom activities
- Work closely with the school’s BCBA and staff
